Wir suchen für unseren Mandanten per sofort einen Mitarbeiter Wareneingang / Warenausgang (m/w/d) im 2-Schicht-System am Standort 65929 Frankfurt Höchst. Ab 01.04.2027 wechselt unser Kunde seinen Standort nach 63505 Langenselbold, welcher im Main-Kinzig-Kreis liegt. DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN: In dieser Position sind Sie für die Steuerung und Sicherstellung der systemischen Prozessabwicklung im Bereich Domestic Distribution verantwortlich.Dazu gehören unter anderem die Pflege und Verwaltung von lager- und materialbezogenen Stammdaten sowie chargenbezogenen Informationen im SAP-System.Sie überwachen das Liefermonitoring und steuern das Tagesgeschäft, um einen reibungslosen Lieferservice sicherzustellen.Eigenständig kontrollieren Sie Bestände und Schnittstellenprozesse, klären Abweichungen und buchen alle Bestandsbewegungen im System (außer Qualitätsbuchungen).Als Ansprechpartner/in für Teamleitung, Teilprozessleiter und Kommissionierer unterstützen Sie zudem den kaufmännischen Kundenservice.Darüber hinaus bearbeiten Sie Reklamationen, Abweichungen und Change Controls in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen.Sie verantworten das Reporting innerhalb der Domestic-Abwicklung, koordinieren spezielle Versandformen und stellen die Umsetzung der GxP- und HSE-Richtlinien sicher.
